Our Mission
The Mission of the Biscoe Police Department is to enforce the laws and ordinances of the State of North Carolina and the Town of Biscoe with equality and fairness to all. By providing quality law enforcement we safeguard lives, enhance community safety, protect property, and reduce both the impact and fear of crime. Our officers seek to preserve public confidence and promote public trust by providing impartial policing and service to all members of our community.
Through building relationships and promoting open communication, we seek to create and maintain the highest levels of trust and confidence with our citizens, and also with those who work in or visit the Town of Biscoe.
